Praying for Swaziserve is always greatly appreciated. Here are some ways you can pray:
PRAYER REQUESTS:
- Please pray for those still struggling with the aftermath of last month's storms and flooding; rebuilding homes and replacing belongings, fighting a cholera outbreak, and struggling with supply chain disruptions, etc.
- Please pray as we continue to register sponsored kids in school and equip them with (mandatory) school uniforms and school supplies.
- Please pray that our Swaziserve-sponsored kids will do well in school this year.
- Please pray for workers who selfishly minister to five families who recently lost their moms.
- From ministry partner:
- Pray for our sponsored children, that they may grow in health and wisdom, and that they may come to know Jesus personally and experience the power of His resurrection in their lives.
- Pray for the women and children who visit Zoe Pregnancy Center each day, that they may experience hope, peace, and God’s love during challenging times.
- Pray specifically for pregnant women facing fear, uncertainty, or pressure, that God would grant them peace of mind, courage, and clear guidance as they go through their pregnancy journey.
- Pray for the staff of Zoe Center for strength, wisdom, compassion, and protection as they serve faithfully.
- I ask for prayers for strength, protection, wisdom, and peace both in my work and in my home. Please pray that I do not lose my sense of purpose, that I remain compassionate without becoming overwhelmed, and that God continues to guide and sustain me through this season.
- Please pray as we book flights this month for our Aug. Africa trip and begin team training.
- Please pray for ongoing wisdom for our Swaziserve board; the needs are endless but we want to clearly hear from the Lord on how to be the best stewards of what He provides.
PRAISES:
- Praise God for the compassionate hearts of His people. Several immediately contributed to cover costs for the food, laptop, etc. that were stolen from one of our workers, as well as to provide funds for burglar bars and a stronger lock on her door!
- Praise God for generous donations enabling us to send funds to the young families of FIVE women (in prayer and Bible study groups) who passed unexpectedly and suddenly in the past month.
- All of sponsored children are doing well as schools reopen.
- The horrific floods have abated in eSwatini and South Africa.
- The young man you prayed for to be able to transfer to a trade school is now enrolled in a professional driving school to be able to obtain a commercial driving license.
- During the month of January, Zoe Pregnancy Center served 21 women who visited the center seeking support, guidance, and care.
- Kay's hip has healed so well that I was able to do a mission trip to Mexico last week and even help with construction projects.
